This ’56 Ghia has been fully restored and is a crowd and judge favorite at every car show its been entered in. Car show honors include:

VW Classic (Irvine, CA): “First Place in Class”, years 2006, 2007, 2008.
- VW Bug-in (CA): “First Place in Class”, Show #33 (2008).
- VW Vintage Treffen Invitational (Orange County, CA): “Runner-Up – Vintage Karmann Ghia”, 2007. This award was quite an honor because the VW Treffen show was an invitational event featuring only the finest examples of the oldest and rarest VW models.

The Resto-Mod overhaul completed on this ’57 Speedster has made it thrilling to drive and earned big awards at major car shows, including:
