Methods of Payment
Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

PayPal:
We accept payments through PayPal. Instructions: On the Shopping Cart screen, click the BLUE “Checkout” button to proceed through our normal checkout process. **DO NOT select the yellow “Check Out With PayPal” button from the Shopping Cart screen.** You will be asked to first log in to your Iconic Automotive account (or register as a new customer) and select your shipping preferences. When you reach the Checkout Step 3 (Review & Payment), select PayPal as your payment option. You will be redirected to a PayPal page to authorize your payment from PayPal. After you have authorized your payment in PayPal, you will be automatically redirected back to the IconicAutomotive.com checkout screen. At this point you may need to reselect your shipping preferences and recomplete a few required checkout questions. Complete the requested steps and click the “Place Order” button to process your PayPal payment and receive your Iconic Automotive order confirmation with an order number. Your PayPal account will NOT be charged until you receive an order confirmation with an order number from Iconic Automotive. Be sure to complete all steps of the Iconic Automotive checkout process to receive your order confirmation with an order number from IconicAutomotive.com.

Check or Money Order:
In some circumstances, we may elect to accept personal or company checks or money orders for order payment. Checks or money orders may be held up to 10 business days for clearance and must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. Please contact our customer service department to discuss check or money order payment options.

Order Processing Time
In-stock Items:
Most in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Time in transit after the order leaves our warehouse is variable, depending upon the shipment destination and shipping method selected.

Special Order Items:
Items that require custom configuration prior to shipment (such as vintage style radios, exhaust systems, seatbelts, carpet/upholstery kits, etc.) require longer lead times, up to 7-14 business days, prior to shipping.

Drop Ship Orders:
Some parts lines we carry are too extensive or impractical (due to weight or size) to keep in stock at Iconic’s southern California warehouse, so we drop ship them directly to you from our manufacturers’ locations. Most in-stock Drop Ship items are shipped from our manufacturers’ locations within 1-2 business days. Drop Ship items may arrive to you in the manufacturer’s packaging, along with a Packing Slip from Iconic Automotive. Please contact Iconic Automotive directly with any questions concerning Drop Ship item(s).

Backorders:
We do our best to make sure all items are available in stock at all times. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will keep your order active and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. If you wish to provide us with different instructions, please contact us. Backordered items can become available within as little as a few days or as much as a few weeks. For backordered items that require longer lead times for restocking, we will do our best to keep you informed while you wait by providing the estimated timeframe when the item will become available to ship.

Order Confirmations and Shipment Notifications
All order confirmations and shipment notifications are emailed to you from our customer service email account: customerservice@iconicautomotive.com

IMPORTANT: To ensure that Iconic’s order notification emails reach your email inbox (and not your junk mail), please add “customerservice@iconicautomotive.com” to your Contacts/Email Address Book AND/OR add the domain “iconicautomotive.com” to your email Safe Senders List.

When Your Order Ships: You will receive an email notification when your order ships out. If a shipment tracking reference number is available from the carrier, the tracking number will be included in the email notification so you can track the progress of your shipment in transit.

 


Shipping

Where We Ship To
You can trust that your order from Iconic Automotive will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our standard and expedited shipping options deliver products to anywhere in the United States and most international destinations using the available shipping method of your choice. For the safest and most economical shipping method, we recommend that you specify a business address (if available) for us to ship to.

The available shipping options to your address and corresponding prices will be offered to you during your order checkout process. Our website shopping cart checkout and telephone order system automatically determine the shipping options available to the destination address you specify. If for some reason we cannot use the shipping method you choose, we will select the method we feel offers the best comparable balance of speed, cost, and reliability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be added to your order total. Shipping charges are calculated based upon your shipping address, the shipping method you select, and weight / dimensions of your products. Our website shopping cart/checkout process and telephone order system automatically calculates shipping charges for your order and adds the shipping charges to your order total.

To quickly calculate shipping charges for your order on our website (you may do this prior to making payment or committing to your purchase), please follow the instructions below. Note: there are two different sets of instructions for shipments to USA zip codes and shipments to international addresses.

Calculate Shipping Charges - Shipments to USA Zip Codes:

  1. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart on our website (www.IconicAutomotive.com).
  2. Navigate to the Shopping Cart / Checkout Screen.
  3. Under the “Estimate Shipping & Tax” heading, type your zip code in the “Zip/Postal Code” box, then click the “Get Rates” button.
  4. You will be provided with drop down menus to select different shipping carriers and service options for each carrier. The corresponding shipping charges will be listed next to each service option. Select your preferences for carrier and service option from the drop down menus.
  5. Click the “Checkout” button to proceed through the checkout process (to purchase now) OR click the “Continue Shopping” button to exit from the Checkout Screen (if you do not wish to purchase now).

Calculate Shipping Charges - Shipments to International Addresses (No USA Zip Code):
We require your complete address to be entered on a different screen in order to calculate shipping costs. Here’s how to do this:

  1. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart on our website (www.IconicAutomotive.com).
  2. Navigate to the Shopping Cart / Checkout Screen and click the “Checkout” button.
  3. Click the “Sign In & Check Out” button under the New Customer or Returning Customer heading (whichever applies to you).
    1. New Customers: You will need to create an account. This is free, there is no obligation to purchase products, and your information is stored securely. Enter the required information for your shipping address, credit card billing address (your credit card will NOT be charged as a result of entering this information), email, and password, then click “Create Account”. Click the “Next” button to navigate to the Shipping Selection screen. Proceed to step 4 below.
    2. Returning Customers: Type in your email address and password to sign in. Review your customer information, including your shipping address, and update if necessary. Click the “Next” button to navigate to the Shipping Selection screen. Proceed to step 4 below.
  4. On the “Shipping Selection” screen, you will be provided with menus to select different shipping carriers and service option(s) for each carrier. Under each carrier, click on the “Click here for rates” link to display the corresponding shipping charges for each available service option. Select your preferences for carrier and service option. Note: there may be only one carrier and/or one service option available for some international address destinations.
  5. If you wish to purchase product(s) now, enter the information under the “Coupons” (optional) and “Additional Information” headings, then click the “Next” button to proceed through the checkout process.
     
    If you do not wish to purchase product(s) now, simply click on a link in the website main navigation panel (the column on the left side of your screen) to exit out of the Checkout Screen and proceed to another area of our website.

Possible Additional Charges on Shipments to Foreign Countries
Customs and Duty Charges:
Orders shipped by certain shipping methods to some foreign countries may incur additional customs and duty charges, customs broker fees, and other charges related to the importation of merchandise. International customers are advised to conduct their own research to determine the Customs and Duty Charges that may be applied to products shipped to their country or region from the United States. If you select one of the UPS Worldwide shipping methods we offer, the UPS Worldwide shipping charges calculated when you place your order include fees for UPS in-house customs clearance (no additional Customs and Duty Charges would be billed to the customer).

If you select a different shipping method (other than UPS Worldwide service), any applicable Customs and Duty Charges are not included with your shipping charges when you place an order. In this case, all Customs and Duty Charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be billed to the recipient separately by the local shipping or customs brokerage that operates within the recipient’s country or region (additional charges are not billed or collected by Iconic Automotive). If Customs and Duty Charges are charged in your county/region, they are usually a relatively small percentage of the purchase price of the imported item(s).

Insurance:
All orders shipped to international destinations, regardless of shipping method, will be insured for the full amount of the parts ordered. For most orders, the cost of this insurance is included in the shipping charges calculated by Iconic Automotive’s website shopping cart/checkout process and telephone order system. In rare cases, we may need to add the cost of shipping insurance to your order after your order is placed. The additional insurance is usually a small fee and we will notify you in advance if any additional insurance fee must be added to your order.

Shipping Methods
Shipments to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and Possessions:
Your order may be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Air (Expedited) Service, or U.S. Postal Service (USPS). The available shipping options to your address and corresponding prices will be offered to you during your order checkout process. If for some reason we cannot use the shipping method you choose, we will select the method we feel offers the best comparable balance of speed, cost, and reliability.

Shipments to All Foreign Countries:
Your order may be shipped via UPS International, UPS Ground (Canada only), or U.S. Postal Service (USPS). The available shipping options to your address and corresponding prices will be offered to you during your order checkout process. If for some reason we cannot use the shipping method you choose, we will select the method we feel offers the best comparable balance of speed, cost, and reliability.

Shipping Method Service Descriptions:
Descriptions of USA and international shipping service options are provided below. The stated delivery times are the actual time in transit after your order leaves our warehouse. Please add additional day(s) for order processing time (refer to “Order Processing Time” above) to calculate the total time it will take for your order to arrive. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping methods and options.

*When possible, please provide us with a business (commercial) address to where we can ship your order. UPS charges a nominal additional fee for delivery to residential and/or rural areas.*

UPS Ground: This service is available to all addresses within the USA (all 50 states) and Puerto Rico, with guaranteed delivery between 1 and 5 business days.

UPS 3-Day Select: This cost-effective service guarantees delivery to all addresses within the contiguous USA 48 states by the end of the 3rd business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air: This service guarantees delivery to all addresses within the USA (all 50 states) and Puerto Rico by the end of the 2nd business day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: This service guarantees delivery to most commercial addresses within the USA (all 50 states) and Puerto Rico by 3:00pm or 4:30pm (depending upon destination) on the next business day. Shipments to residential addresses within the UPS Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by the end of the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air: This service guarantees delivery to all addresses within the USA (all 50 states) and Puerto Rico addresses by 10:30am, 12:00pm, or end of day on the next business day, depending upon destination. Packages shipped on Fridays can be specified for Saturday delivery for an extra $12.50 per package (added to your order after your order is placed) in addition to regular shipping charges.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M: This service guarantees delivery to by 8:00am the next business day to major cities in the contiguous USA 48 states. Delivery guaranteed by 9:00am the next business day to most other USA cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery to additional locations within the contiguous USA 48 states guaranteed by 10:00am the next business day. It is not available to all destinations.

UPS Standard (to Canada): This service guarantees delivery to all addresses within all Canadian provinces, with guaranteed end-of-day delivery within 2 to 6 business days. Customs clearance is not included. UPS will select and provide customs brokerage services unless a different broker is specified by the importer/customer. Associated customs charges (if applicable) will be billed to the importer/customer separately by the customs brokerage.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: This service guarantees end-of-day delivery within 2 business days to Canada, within 3 business days to Mexico, within 4 business days to Europe, and within 5 business days to Asia and Latin America. This service is available to more than 70 countries and territories. Service and rates include door-to-door pickup and delivery with UPS in-house customs clearance.

UPS Worldwide Saver (UPS Saver): This service guarantees end-of-day delivery by the next business day to Canada, within 2 business days to Europe and Latin America, and within 3 business days to Asia. This service is available to more than 215 countries and territories. Service and rates include door-to-door pickup and delivery with UPS in-house customs clearance.

UPS Worldwide Express: This service guarantees delivery by 10:30am or 12:00pm (depending upon location) the next business day to Canada, within 2 business days to Europe and Latin America, and within 3 business days to Asia. This service is available to more than 50 countries and territories. Service and rates include door-to-door pickup and delivery with UPS in-house customs clearance.

UPS Worldwide Express Plus: This service guarantees delivery by 8:30am to Canada and 9:00am to all other destinations. Delivery is guaranteed by the next business day to Canada, within 2 business days to Europe, and within 3 business days to Asia. This service is available to more than 30 countries and territories, including major cities in Canada, Europe, and Asia. Service and rates include door-to-door pickup and delivery with UPS in-house customs clearance.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping Options: we offer USPS shipping options as a lower-cost shipping alternative for our customers. Please note that the lower cost of the USPS shipping options translates into more limited shipping service features when compared to UPS shipping options. For example, most USPS service options do not have advanced tracking features, so customers are not able to track the status/progress of their packages while in transit. Also, USPS shipping options carry limited insurance limits or no standard insurance on shipments. If these features are important to you, we recommend that you select a UPS (not a USPS) shipping option.

If you select a USPS shipping option for your order, Iconic Automotive will determine if the value of your product(s) requires additional shipping insurance. In some cases with USPS shipments, we may need to add the cost of shipping insurance to your order after your order is placed. The additional insurance is usually a small fee and we will notify you in advance if any additional insurance fee must be added to your order.

USPS Priority Mail: This service is available for packages up to 70 pounds and offers delivery within three days to most USA addresses (all 50 states).

USPS Express Mail: This service is available for packages up to 70 pounds and provides guaranteed delivery within 1 to 2 days to all USA addresses (all 50 states) that includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100. Items are delivered by 12:00pm or 3:00pm, depending upon location. If delivery is not made, the addressee is notified, a second notice is left on the third day, and a second delivery is attempted upon customer request. *Note: this shipping method requires an in-person signature for the delivery confirmation. Do NOT select this shipping method if someone will not be present to sign for the package.*

USPS Priority Mail International: This service is available for packages up to 70 pounds and provides guaranteed delivery within 6 to 10 business days to over 190 countries and territories worldwide.

 


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange if items are returned within sixty (60) days from the date they were shipped to the customer. Items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit after sixty (60) days from the date they were shipped to the customer. To be eligible for refund or exchange, return items must be unused, in “as new” and in sellable condition, and in the original manufacturer's packaging. We can only accept returns of Special Order items if the items are damaged or defective.

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days after the date items were shipped to the customer will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) days [but not more than sixty (60) days] after the date items were shipped to the customer will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on a future purchase, unless the item is defective.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless item was received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. If you request an exchange for the same item and dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling fees will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items may not be returned for refund or credit: all electrical items, all non-defective special order items (such as vintage style radios, exhaust systems, seatbelts, carpet/upholstery kits, etc.). Should you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it. Some defective items will need to be sent to the manufacturer for Warranty repair (i.e. gauges, radios, etc.) if eligible for repair under Manufacturer Warranty terms.

Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person. Examine the box for any visible outside damage, as well as the parts inside for any hidden damage that may have occurred during shipping. In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the delivery company immediately, as most delivery companies have set time limits on damage claims notifications. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your claim. Do not send the package back to us. The delivery company will send a representative out to your location to examine the package and its contents so it is very important that you retain all packaging until the claim is settled.

Parts Ordered In Error:
If, upon receipt of your order, you determine that you have ordered the wrong part, or you decide that you no longer want the part you ordered, please contact us via email or telephone immediately. We will be happy to exchange the item you ordered for the correct item or give you store credit if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Parts:
If we have shipped a defective part to you, please contact us via email or telephone immediately. We will be happy to exchange the item or refund your money in full within our 60 day guarantee period.

Parts Shipped in Error and Shortages:
Please check all packages immediately upon receipt and notify us within 10 days of delivery if you discover an error or shortage. Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple boxes and/or from different locations, so the multiple shipment boxes may arrive to you at different times. In the event of a confirmed shipment error or shortage, we will ship the correct item to you or give you store credit for the price of the missing part if we are notified within 10 days of delivery.

Undelivered Shipments:
UPS and most other carriers will leave a notice at the shipping address and/or return on another day to attempt delivery if they are unable to deliver your shipment to the specified address. If they are still unable to make delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to make further arrangements. If you refuse a shipment of parts which you ordered from us, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to make further arrangements. In any of the above events, you will be required to pay the shipping charges incurred before we will reship the order or ship any new orders. You may also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Return Instructions
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us via email or telephone before shipping the item back to us. We will discuss the problem and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN. Unless the part is defective, or we shipped it to you in error, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Unless the item is defective, you also may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

1) All returns must be pre-approved by Iconic Automotive prior to shipment and have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly posted on the outside of all packages. To obtain a RAN, please call (562) 431-8988 or e-mail customerservice@IconicAutomotive.com and include your order number, description of the items you wish to return, and reason for return.

2) When mailing back return items, please include the Packing Slip in the return package with the reason for return and RAN noted on the packing slip.

3) Please mail your return item in a package with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be shipped with the freight prepaid, properly packed, using a traceable shipping method, and insured for the full value of the product. Returns sent to us COD will not be accepted. Warranty & Quality Guarantee

Manufacturer Warranty
Most of the products we sell are covered by the Warranties of the individual manufacturers. In most cases, the Manufacturer Warranties cover periods lasting from 90 days up to several years. Specific Manufacturer Warranty information for the products you purchase will be shipped to you along with your product(s). Please contact Iconic Automotive with any questions you may have on Manufacturer Warranty terms for specific products.

Iconic Automotive Quality Guarantee
In addition to Manufacturer Warranty terms, all of the products sold by Iconic Automotive are guaranteed for 60 days to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This Quality Guarantee does not apply in the event of any misuse, neglect, or improper installation. Your remedy is limited to Iconic Automotive doing one of the following: 1) replacing any defective product sold to you; 2) issuing store credit for the value of the product; or 3) issuing a refund for the product’s purchase price. Iconic Automotive is solely responsible for determining the applicable remedy. In no event will Iconic Automotive’s liability exceed the purchase price paid to Iconic Automotive for the product.

Pricing Policy
Iconic Automotive is committed to providing you with the highest quality parts at the lowest prices possible and we make every attempt to ensure that the product prices advertised on our website are up-to-date and accurate at all times. We will make every attempt to honor the prices noted in our current print catalogues, magazine advertisements, other external advertisements, and other print material. Unfortunately, there are times when product prices change unexpectedly due to circumstances beyond our control and we are unable to honor prices listed in external advertisements and outdated print material. We advise customers to consult our website for the most up-to-date product pricing.

General Disclosures
Iconic Automotive makes no warranties, express or implied, as to any product’s applicability or fitness for any particular purpose. The Buyer is solely responsible for determining the proper application and use of products sold by Iconic Automotive.
